How often should I come in for check-ups and a clean?

Typically, every six months unless you experience the sudden onset of uncomfortable symptoms such as pain or bleeding from the gums when brushing or an unexpected injury in a sporting event. Please see our Preventive Dentistry page.

What is a cavity?

A hole in the tooth as a result of acids produced by bacteria in dental plaque.

When should I bring my children to the dentist for their first visit?
